  Horrible Experiences Inside and Drive-Thru. Took almost 30 min to get order in drive thru Saturday night and it was wrong... Had to get refund. Sunday morning breakfast was incorrect also. Would NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

  Pathetic place. Over-staffed yet slow as molasses.
  
  They need to learn to utilise their workforce there rather than having people standing around doing nothing while crowds of customers are waiting.
  
  Ridiculousness. It took my brother more than ten minutes to get some fries. We watched them suddenly realise they had run out and then put more in the fryer instead of having them already in the fryer which they should do when busy like they were.
  
  I ordered oatmeal and got a soupy facsimile of oatmeal that was pale as an albino. Luckily I noticed and asked the manager. She explained that they are required to fill it to a certain level. But apparently rather than filling it with oatmeal to that level they think it's okay to fill it with water. A man near me thought it was ridiculous too and joked "didn't you know you're supposed to eat it with a straw" to which the manager said "oh well you'd be surprised" WTF lady! Did I ask to be able to drink it? No. I asked for oatmeal which is classically eaten with a spoon and not slurpped off a spoon.
  
  She remade it with one packet of oatmeal and less water which surprise surprise made half the oatmeal one normally receives when ordering oatmeal from McDonald's. Instead of realising this faux pas and adding a second packet (which would cost maybe another $0.10) she hands it to me. I would have pointed out it wasn't as full as it was supposed to be and suggested my obvious remedy but my dad was hurrying us back out to the car because the fast food pit stop had already taken three times as long as normal.
  
  I get oatmeal all the time from McDonald's and I have never had this problem. It is usually a full portion that I struggle to finish. And it has never been more water than oats, until now. Someone needs to teach them how to make oatmeal. Who knew it would be so difficult?
