  I think they tried to hire the stupidest people they could find in this town. I would drive 15 mins to Whitehall before I drove 2 mins to this fairmont ave location. This place is ridiculous. Service is terrible, slow, rude, and literally NEVER gets an order correct.

  I would give this a 0 if I could, but the fries were hot so I guess that's a star. We walked in around the 10:30 so that's the lunch time. The sign had the lunch menu up, so I asked for a number 2. She rang up the breakfast number 2 and I asked for a medium water and she up charged me for bottled water. My boyfriend went to order and ordered a sausage McGriddle but she rang us up for sausage egg and cheese McGriddle, which is more expensive AND up charged us for a bottled water when he asked for a large ice water. We looked at the receipt atnd tried to bring it to her attention and she waved her hands at us and said we weren't selling lunch even though the receipt had the time on it, attend it was passed 10:30. She then rang in 2 cheeseburgers, but not the meal and didn't even give us a chance to speak. We had to talk to the person packing the food together and explain what happened and the cashier lady still tried to say we were wrong. I understand it's a misunderstanding, but to snap at us blame us and not even try to correct our overcharged order is ridiculous. We paid more than we should have and they didn't even try to give us our money back. We had to wait 10 minutes for one My Griddle because they kept making it wrong. Horrible experience don't come here!!
